Setting the Default Folder View in Windows 7

Do you want all of your folders to have the Details view or maybe the Extra Large Icons view. Here is how to change the default view in all folders on your computer:
- Open a folder window and select the view you want to use as the default.
- Click the Organize button on the toolbar.
- Select Folder and search options from the resulting menu.
- Click on the View tab.
- Click the Apply to Folders button
- Click the Yes button.
- Click the OK button.
